Returns & Refunds
We offer refunds or free replacements for the following issues:

- Misprinted item
- Wrong size or colour sent by mistake
To be eligible, refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@alpinepals.shop with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Made-to-Order Items
Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Choosing the wrong colour
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Preference about fit or style
Please review the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.
Do I Need to Return the Item?
In most cases, damaged, defective, or incorrect items do not need to be returned. If a return is required, we will provide instructions by email.
Lost or Returned Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll help investigate the issue.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any reshipping or replacement costs.
